Yes, always — and we encourage it. We'll show you the kitten, its parents, and where it's raised, live on a call, before you commit to anything. This is the single best protection against online pet scams, so we build it into every sale.

We prefer an in-person visit and pickup from Nangloi, Delhi, so you can meet the kitten first. For families elsewhere in Delhi NCR we can arrange a safe, supervised handover. For longer distances we'll discuss safe, ethical transport options — we will never ship a kitten in a way that risks its health.

Every kitten goes home with its vaccination and deworming record and available lineage/parentage details. Ask us about pedigree documentation for a specific litter — we'll tell you exactly what's available for that kitten.

Pricing and payment are confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp or a call — never blindly through the website. We'll explain any booking amount and the balance clearly, in writing, before you pay. If anything about a payment request feels rushed or off, please pause and ask us.

For some kittens, yes — a booking amount can reserve a kitten until pickup. We'll always put the terms in writing on WhatsApp first so there are no surprises.

Kittens are dewormed and started on their vaccination schedule appropriate to their age, and are vet-checked before going home. We'll share the exact status of any individual kitten with you honestly.

We provide a health assurance against congenital defects for a defined period after handover, with the full terms shared in writing before purchase. We ask that you have the kitten checked by your own vet within a few days of bringing it home so we're both confident it arrived healthy.

A kitten is a living companion, not a product, so we approach this thoughtfully and case-by-case rather than with a blanket 'return' policy. If a serious, vet-verified congenital health issue appears within the guarantee period, talk to us — we will always work with you in good faith. If your circumstances change and you can no longer keep the cat, please come to us first; we would far rather help rehome it responsibly than see it end up somewhere unsafe.

A fair bit — this is the most important thing to know before buying. Persians have long, dense coats that need daily gentle brushing to prevent mats, plus regular eye cleaning because of their facial structure. Budget a few minutes every day. We'll show you how at handover.

Persians feel the heat because of their thick coats, so Delhi summers need care: keep them indoors during peak heat, ensure a cool, well-ventilated space (a fan or AC in summer helps a lot), and always-available fresh water. In winter they're very comfortable. We'll give you climate-specific tips for the area you live in.

Yes, and we'd rather you know upfront. Flat-faced (brachycephalic) Persians can have tear-staining and, in extreme cases, breathing or dental issues — which is why we breed for healthier, more open facial structures where possible.
